The Volvo Polestar O2 Henotheism Concept
Auto News

Volvo Polestar is on a mission from god… from the design gods which is appropriate for a company that hails from Sweden. After all early Swedish culture believed in monotheism, many gods for many purposes. And in a sense, these poly gods have been repurposed for 2022. The Volvo Polestar O2 concept is a form of design henotheism. It is a one-god design language previewing a faith in the future for a religion called consumerism.

The second concept car from Volvo builds on the Polestar Precept design language. The Volvo Polestar O2 concept is a hard-top convertible. It lays bare Volvo’s electric car vision for a Polestar’s bold new future in the form of a performance open-top sports coupe.
