Autogefuhl is at a Motor Show in Germany, and the BMW Neue Klasse Concept has piqued his interest. According to Autogefuhl, this concept is poised to become the next all-electric BMW 3 Series, and BMW is boasting the Neue Klasse Concept is 90 percent production-ready.
But what exactly does that 90 percent production-ready entail? Is it just a door mirror element or the entire car?
