The Volvo XC60 is entering its seventh year of production, which, in current car years, is equivalent to 20 years. The current-generation XC60’s exterior design is so well-executed that Volvo could easily leave it unchanged until the third-generation model arrives, expected in about two years. But technology never stands still—it keeps getting faster, smarter, and more efficient.
Following a facelift in 2019, this latest refresh brings subtle exterior tweaks and more meaningful upgrades inside.
Inside, the XC60 gains a more advanced infotainment system featuring an 11.2-inch touchscreen, a reworked central console, improved sound insulation, and new upholstery choices—including sustainable Nordico material and a navy herringbone woven fabric.

Exterior updates include a redesigned grille, new alloy wheel designs, and dark-tinted rear lights.

The powertrain lineup remains familiar: the B5 mild-hybrid petrol, along with the T6 and T8 petrol-electric plug-in hybrids. Thankfully, diesel options are gone for good.
Pricing starts at £49,240 for the entry-level B5 Core and climbs to £69,860 for the top-spec T8 Plug-in Hybrid Ultra Black Edition.
