Meanwhile, in China, you can buy far more car for far less money—with none of the corners cut you’d expect.

Take the Leapmotor A10. YouTube channel Telescope gave it a close inspection: an EV with impressive specs, a proper-quality interior, and a price tag under €10,000. Sounds too good to be true? It isn’t. That’s just business as usual in China.

And that’s the problem. Europe is still patting itself on the back while China is quietly redefining value, quality, and innovation.

The disconnect couldn’t be clearer—and it isn’t going away anytime soon.
