Volvo Cars has announced updates for the Volvo EX30 for the upcoming model year, including new entry-level powertrains, refreshed interior options and expanded Black Edition availability.
A new single-motor entry variant delivers 110kW (150PS) with a 51kWh battery and up to 339km of range, while an upgraded 69kWh battery option offers up to 476km.
The EX30 Cross Country range is also growing with a new Plus trim and a more efficient single-motor version.
The EX30 will become hardware-ready for Vehicle-to-Load (V2L), enabling the car to act as a power source for external devices such as e-bikes, tools and camping equipment.

Both V2L capability and a redesigned, more intuitive user interface will roll out via over-the-air updates in summer, including for many existing owners at no extra cost.
Inside, Volvo is adding two new premium interior themes — Harvest, with light Scandinavian-inspired materials, and Black, a darker, more minimalist option.
The EX30 Black Edition now supports the new Black interior and can be specified in Onyx Black, Vapour Grey or Crystal White.
Overall, the updates aim to broaden the EX30’s appeal in the fast-growing premium entry-level EV segment while improving usability, efficiency and personalisation.
