Enes Yilmazer, the property expert and YouTuber, is touring a magnificent home near the coast of Malibu. It looks like absolute paradise — until you discover the asking price: $21.5 million.

That is, quite frankly, a lot of money. It’s more than I will probably ever have, and I certainly don’t possess the imagination required to work out how one might generate that sort of fortune. Still, one can dream.

The newly completed property offers an enormous 12,699 sq ft of living space, with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Completed in 2026, it is the sort of house where the word “home” feels almost inadequate.

But while the architecture and views naturally grab the attention, something else caught our eye: the Cadillac Escaladeparked outside.

And this isn’t just any Escalade. Cadillac’s electric flagship is practically a house on wheels itself, offering seating for up to seven, an estimated range of up to 465 miles, and a formidable 750 horsepower from its dual electric motors.
