This vintage Jinma QJM5022TYN6, yes that is the actual model designation, was built specially as a wedding car. Any bride or groom getting married in China’s pre-communist-consumerist era would have been held at gun point and forced to be chauffeured in this monstrosity. That was the way in communist era China circa 1942. But this car wasn’t designed or made in 1942, it wasn’t made in 1950 either. It is our shocking and sad duty to inform you that it was made in 1990, before the wave of westernized capitalism swept into China.
