A Russian design studio feels the same way too and has taken a perfectly healthy DB9 more or less disassembled it part for part and designed and built a new body style.
Cardi is the Moscow based design studio/coachbuilder behind this project and it’s called the Cardi 442 Concept.
Immediately we thought it looks like a Mercedes CL from the 1990’s. The new skin is longer than the DB9 and of course retains the classic front mounted V12 and rear wheel drive setup.
Cardi have also gone for a complete new look for the interior and we have to say it looks rather inviting . The 442 Concept is just a design study a business card if you will to promote Cardi as a company.
I think its job done.
