His name is Chris Harris, formerly obscure but curiously well-known motoring journalist who earned his stripes writing for such publications as Autocar. Now he is the top dog of motoring journalists… in the world… after being elevated to present Top Gear.
But forced on-screen laughter aside Harris has a day job and that is to test cars and get excited about testing cars because that is what the producers tell him to do.
We here at DCB Towers call him Side-ways Charlie because he is a Charlie and he always prefers to drive as side-ways as is Harris-ly possible.
Harris gets behind the Honda NSX, a 10-year project for Honda, it’s an all singing all dancing V6 Twin Turbo, 576bhp Hybrid successor to the original 1990’s NSX. But what dies Harris think about.
Please, Harris, just don’t go side-ways… for once.
