SsangYong Motors UK has revealed the significantly updated Tivoli. The Tivoli facelift incorporates new exterior front and rear styling, new interior fascia, new infotainment systems, improved noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) and driving dynamics. The engine range now includes a new 1.2L 3-cylinder GDi-T turbo petrol engine, new 1.5L GDi-T 3cylinder turbo petrol engine -and an upgraded 1.6L 4-cylinder turbo diesel.

Tivoli no offers the latest in active and passive safety technology. All trim levels have a minimum of 6 airbags. Active safety features include Front Collision Warning (FCW), Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), Lane Keeping Assist (LKA), Traffic Sign Recognition (TSR), Front Vehicle Start Alert (FVSA), Driver Attention Alert (DAA), Emergency Stop System (ESS), Safety Distance Alert (SDA).

New Tivoli Ultimate features a 10.25” LCD smart instrument cluster and a 8” Screen Smart Audio System. Each trim level features DAB+ and Bluetooth. The Tivoli is available in three trim levels, the entry-spec EX, mid-spec Ventura and the high-spec Ultimate.

The EX entry level is available with the brand new 1.2L GDi-T petrol and manual transmission only. Newly named mid-spec Ventura is also available with the 1.2L GDi-T petrol engine with manual transmission only. The high-spec Ultimate model is available with 1.5L GDi-T petrol or uprated 1.6 diesel, in both manual and automatic transmissions.

Prices for the facelifted Ssangyong Tivoli start at £13,995 for the entry-level EX and up to £22,995 for the top-spec Ultimate. Each trim level comes with a Comprehensive 7-year/150,000-mile warranty. The 2020 Tivoli is available to order now.
