The recently launched Smart #1 Pro, the newest addition to the Smart #1 lineup, is now available in the UK. With a starting price of just £31,950, the Pro introduces a more accessible entry point to the #1 range, making Smart’s EV offering accessible to a wider audience.

Smart #1 standard features include a comprehensive suite of driving assistance systems such as Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), a panoramic sunroof, heated seats, a 360-degree surround camera, intelligent voice assistance, LED lights, and a powered tailgate.

TheSmart #1 Pro employs the same single-motor, rear-wheel-drive drivetrain as the Pro+, utilizing a smaller 49kWh battery to control costs while still delivering a respectable 193-mile WLTP range. The Pro boasts a 200kW output, accelerating from 0-62mph in 6.7 seconds. With 130kW DC charging, it allows for a rapid 10-80% recharge in under 30 minutes.

In addition to Smart’s in-house designed infotainment system, the #1 Pro also supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto at no extra cost through the 12.8-inch high-definition central screen. The #1 Pro maintains the same 5-star Euro NCAP safety rating, three-year unlimited mileage vehicle warranty, and complimentary Over The Air (OTA) system updates as the rest of the #1 lineup.

The Pro joins the lineup alongside the £35,950 Pro+, £38,950 Premium, and £43,450 BRABUS trim levels of the popular EV.
