JAECOO UK has announced the pricing and full specifications for the new JAECOO 5 compact SUV, which will be available from October 2025, starting at £24,505 OTR. Following its debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. The JAECOO 5 is a smaller, feature-packed SUV that will join the larger JAECOO 7 in the lineup.

Jaecoo claims the 5’s interior offers a spacious cabin for five, in addition to modern tech including wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and over 35 storage compartments with up to 1,180 litres of boot space.

The Pure trim includes a six-speaker SONY audio system and manual seats, while the Luxury trim adds premium upgrades like ambient lighting, a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, and an eight-speaker SONY system.

Powered by a 1.6-litre turbocharged engine with 147 PS and 275 Nm of torque, the JAECOO 5 uses a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and offers three drive modes. The SUV also features a five-star safety rating, 19 ADAS functions, and Level 2 autonomous driving capability.

It comes with a 7-year/100,000-mile warranty, RAC Home Start, and is available via JAECOO’s UK dealer network. A fully electric version of the JAECOO 5 is also in development, with details to be revealed in the coming weeks.
