Yanky Tonk Muscle Goes Full Beast Mode – Europe’s Wildest Dodge Demon
Auto News

The Dodge Challenger may be discontinued, but it’s going out with a bang—and then some. Known as Dodge’s ultimate muscle car, the Challenger was always the platform for the brand’s most unhinged performance experiments, like the original 2017 SRT Demon and the SRT Super Stock. But the wildest version of them all? That title goes to the 2023 Demon 170—a drag-strip monster pushing a jaw-dropping 1,039 hp and 1,281 Nm (945 lb-ft) of torque when running on E85.

Only 3,300 units were made, initially meant for North America—but of course, some found their way to Europe. Like this particular example brought in by GeigerCars.de in Munich. Painted white but wrapped in a red and black Demon-themed livery, it features a devil’s head on the hood with glowing red eyes and faux flames licking the air intake.

The exterior also includes the Demon 170’s signature drag-spec look: skinny front fenders, widebody rear, massive spoiler, and Mickey Thompson semi-slicks on staggered forged wheels (18″ front, 17″ rear).

Dodge Challenger Demon 170 - Interior

Inside, GeigerCars opted for the optional full leather interior with four seats, upgrading the factory’s weight-saving single-seat setup. Alcantara steering wheel, carbon trim, and custom Demon badging add flair without losing the menace.

Under the hood? A fully dialed-up 6.2L supercharged HEMI V8, featuring upgraded internals, a 105mm throttle body, tweaked supercharger, and performance-tuned software—all geared for the quarter-mile.

Power is sent through a 9-speed TorqueFlite auto box, with lightweight Brembo brakes and adaptive Bilstein dampers keeping it all in check.

This isn’t just a sendoff—it’s a final flex.
