Gordon Murray Special Vehicles will unveil a new supercar on 14 August 2026 at The Quail during Monterey Car Week in California, hosted by Professor Gordon Murray CBE and three-time Indianapolis 500 winner Dario Franchitti MBE.

The new car will be the centrepiece of Gordon Murray’s display and follows the 2025 debut of the S1 LM, an ultra-exclusive V12 supercar limited to five examples.

Powered by a bespoke 4.3-litre V12 producing 720 PS, the S1 LM has already achieved a record $20.6 million auction sale, highlighting strong demand for Gordon Murray’s limited-production models.

Also appearing at The Quail will be the Le Mans GTR XP1, which has progressed from an experimental prototype into a fully operational development car.

Featuring a high-revving Cosworth V12 and inspired by longtail endurance racers, it recently completed dynamic appearances at Goodwood and the Le Mans Classic.

Several customer-owned Gordon Murray T.50s will round out the display, giving visitors an unusual chance to see multiple examples of the V12 supercar together.
